Whew! That was a lot of work. I’ve just published the first few chapters for our early reviewers to take a look at. Once we’ve had a couple of weeks to gather and respond to people’s comments, we’ll be making those chapters available in public.

Over the past week, I’ve been working on the web presentation of the book. I now have a functioning comment system running on my laptop. This will allow readers to comment on every paragraph of the book. There will also be an Atom feed of comments which people can subscribe to, so we can have [...]
